Buyers Guide (used vehicles)
Federal regulations under the FTC Used Car Rule generally require dealers to display a Buyers Guide on used vehicles they offer for sale, stating whether the vehicle is sold "as is" with no dealer warranty, with implied warranties only, or with a dealer warranty, and what the dealer will pay toward repairs under any warranty.
