1. Requests are not confirmed appointments
When you submit a test drive request through the Website, you are asking LGK Auto Sales to schedule a time. Your appointment is not confirmed until LGK Auto Sales confirms it by email or by contacting you. We may confirm the time you asked for, propose a different time, or decline the request.
2. Confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation
- You will receive an email when your appointment is confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled by us.
- You can cancel or ask to reschedule from your account, or by contacting us. A rescheduled request must be confirmed again.
- Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change. We may decline later requests from customers with repeated missed appointments.
3. Vehicle availability
Vehicles are subject to prior sale. If a vehicle is sold or becomes unavailable before your appointment, we will cancel the appointment and let you know.
4. Driver requirements
Test drives are conducted at the dealership's discretion, where permitted by law, and only for drivers who meet the dealership's requirements. Please bring a valid driver's license. A dealership representative will verify it in person.
Dealership-specific requirements (such as minimum age, insurance and any other conditions) are set by LGK Auto Sales and are listed here when the dealership has provided them:
Please bring a valid driver's license. Contact us before your appointment if you have questions about any other requirements.
5. Insurance
Insurance requirements for test drives are set by the dealership and its insurers. Ask us what applies to you before your appointment.
6. Late arrivals and no-shows
If you are running late, contact us. We may shorten or reschedule an appointment for a late arrival, and appointments where no one arrives may be marked as a no-show.
7. Safety
Follow traffic laws and the instructions of the dealership representative at all times. We may end a test drive if it is unsafe, or if the driver appears impaired or cannot present a valid license.
8. Privacy and data handling
The test drive form collects the minimum information needed to schedule your appointment: name, email, telephone number, the vehicle and the requested time. We record that you acknowledged you must bring a valid driver's license, but we do not ask for the license number on the form unless we tell you so. If a license number is ever collected it is encrypted, never sent by email, and deleted after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
